asparagus soup

Cream of asparagus soup and a club sandwich today at Einstein's. The soup was especially good.

It's 49 degrees right now, with a low tonight that should be around 43. It's actually spectacularly beautiful out there, though I think most people living in South Florida aren't happy with the temperature. I love it.

Today was probably the laziest

Today was probably the laziest day of my life, which is saying a lot. A whole lot.

I just slept and slept all day, and now I'm up at 10:30pm and wishing I was sleeping. Cebollo (A.K.A "Sand Cat") is drooling all over my arm and basically doing what he does best, which is make us sleepy. He's desperate for attention, though, since we got the puppy, so I won't make him go away, though he'll probably have me sleeping the instant I quit typing this.

music

For the last couple of weeks, the Garden State soundtrack has been the soundtrack of my life.

I did my Meyers-Briggs again yesterday, and I'm still an ENFP. Keirsey calls me a Champion Idealist. I'm not sure what I think about that. His description sounds pretty much like me, so I guess he's right.

It's been unseasonably cool down here for the last couple of weeks, too. Just now (it's barely Friday) it's 57 degrees. For South Florida, that's cold. For me, it's perfect. If they could promise weather like this for more than a couple of weeks and then put up a couple of mountains and then send about 8 million people away, I think I could learn to love this place.
